About these plans — Sun Village was built 1985–1995 by Radnor, Estes, and Lennar.
It's a gated, guard-controlled 55+ community of 1,382 single-story homes and condominiums wrapped around scenic lakes and a par-3 walking golf course. Plans range from the 634 sq ft Gallina casita up to the 2,237 sq ft Cimarron 3-bedroom, across five groups: Casitas/Condos, Detached Patio Homes, Single Family, the Luxury Series (Cortez & La Paz), and the larger Premier plans. Many homes have since been remodeled, vaulted, or had Arizona rooms added — the original builder construction drawings shown here won't reflect those upgrades.
