Westbrook Village is one of the few age-restricted communities in the West Valley with a 40+ age minimum (instead of 55+), making it a popular choice for early retirees and younger active adults. Located on the north edge of the original Sun City, the community covers a 2-square-mile area with 3,910 homes spread across 44 distinct enclaves. Built between 1982 and 1993 by UDC; no new construction remains.
