Corte Bella Golf Club — your complete guide

Corte Bella Golf Club is a championship 18-hole, par-72, 7,011-yard course designed by Greg Nash — one of the Southwest's most respected course designers. The club is semi-private, meaning Corte Bella residents have access through their HOA membership, and the course is also open to the public for tee times when not reserved for members. The club is managed by KemperSports. Below: course details, membership tiers, dining, and how to book a round.

📅 Book a Tee Time

Online24/7 booking

The fastest way to book is the club's online tee-time portal. Corte Bella uses TeeItUp.com for reservations — the same system used by hundreds of semi-private clubs nationwide. Members get earlier access to the tee sheet; public bookings open closer to the date. Prefer to call? The pro shop is reachable at (623) 556-8951.

🏌️ The Course — Greg Nash Championship Design

7,011 ydsPar 72 · 18 Holes

Greg Nash is one of the Southwest's most prolific course architects — over 40 designs in Arizona alone. His Corte Bella layout winds through the Santa Barbara-style community with strategic bunkering, four tee sets (5,100–7,000+ yards), and signature elevation changes on the back nine.

Course specifications:

  • Type: 18-hole championship course
  • Par: 72
  • Length: 7,011 yards from championship tees
  • Tees: 4 sets, accommodating handicaps from scratch to 36+
  • Fairways: Bermuda, overseeded with rye in winter
  • Greens: Bentgrass (rare for the desert — provides faster, more receptive surfaces year-round)
  • Practice: Full driving range, short-game area, putting greens
  • Designer: Greg H. Nash, ASGCA

MultipleResident & Non-Resident

Corte Bella Golf Club offers several membership tiers — and unusually, non-residents can join, not just Corte Bella homeowners. The club is structured as semi-private and managed independently from the HOA.

General tier structure (call the club for current pricing — rates change seasonally):

  • Resident Golf Membership — unlimited golf for Corte Bella residents, includes club privileges, lower greens fees, priority tee times
  • Non-Resident Golf Membership — same access for golfers who don't live in Corte Bella; typically a higher initiation
  • Social Membership — included automatically with every Corte Bella home; covers clubhouse, dining, pool, fitness, spa, but NOT golf privileges
  • KemperCollection — reciprocal access to other KemperSports clubs nationwide for full members
